What is Yoga?
Flexi-Fit Yoga is a mind/body session which connects breath to movement incorporating stretch, strength and yoga postures focusing on improving flexibility, core strength and stability.
Each session covers breathing (pranayama), physical movement (asanas /poses) and relaxation. We focus on typical work lifestyle related issues such as leg, back, neck, shoulder tension and stiffness and fatigue.
You are sure to leave de-stressed, re-energized and feeling great!
