About Teen Yoga

I find a year on from commencing yoga with you that I am now able to move better than I have for years and have had no back pain for months and months.

Once I am stronger in in my shoulders with “kettles’ I will feel even more amazing, it is slowly doing the trick!!

The lunchtime yoga sessions really help my neck and shoulders. I feel a lot less tense and ready for whatever the afternoon brings me!

I chose to do yoga and it really helped me with my exams, I have always done gym, so the exercises were easy for me. But the breathing was different and weird, but I think that was the main thing that helped.

I really liked the visualisations and the meditation. I want to do more of it. I wish the teacher lived close, so i could go there when I finish school. It makes me feel good about myself.

I am a fully qualified and insured Yoga Sport Science® Coach, Teen Yoga Teacher and Fitness Instructor passionate about combining yoga, sport, fitness and wellbeing for all ages and abilities.

I believe praticing yoga is important in helping to keep you strong and flexible in both mind and body, enabling balance in whatever your everyday life brings.

Fully qualified to teach both adults and children , I provide classes in Chippenham, Malmesbury, Corston and Seagry. I also teach 1:1 sessions, small group sessions and teach Yoga in Schools.
