The lunchtime yoga sessions really help my neck and shoulders. I feel a lot less tense and ready for whatever the afternoon brings me!
I chose to do yoga and it really helped me with my exams, I have always done gym, so the exercises were easy for me. But the breathing was different and weird, but I think that was the main thing that helped.

Fully qualified to teach both adults and children , I provide classes in Chippenham, Malmesbury, Corston and Seagry. I also teach 1:1 sessions, small group sessions and teach Yoga in Schools.
