Flexi-fit Yoga classes are about building strength, improving flexibility, core strength and stability. Each Class incorporates pranayama (breathing) and linking the breath to movement.
The practice of linking breath to the flow sequence of individual asanas (poses) aids the mind to become still and calm leaving you feeling de-stressed, re-energized and balanced.
